Where is Archive in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013?

Most people find it hard to find the Archive button in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013, for the new ribbon is so different from the old style interface of Outlook 2003. Is there any easy way to find Archive in Outlook 2010/2013? Provided below will give you methods to find Archive whether Classic Menu software installed or not.

Sep 19, 2011  My mailbox is getting full and I wanted to archive some of my older emails with AutoArchive. However, it looks like I don’t have this feature available in Outlook at all. A search revealed that update KB2412171 for Outlook 2007 might be to blame here.

If you are using Classic Menu for Office..

With classic menu style interface, on Menus tab, click File menu and it will bring up the File drop-down menu, from which you can easily see Archive.. below Import & Export command.
